Our location
We are located in Garland, Texas (Dallas county). All our products are shipped from this location.
Placing your order
All items listed on our web are available and ready for immediate delivery. Your order will be processed within 48h to 72h.
We ship using US Postal Services. Everything is insured for the cost of the item. The shipping cost will be calculated after your order is placed; a small amount of shipping and handling fee will be included.
Making Payment
We prefer Paypal payment; we also use 2check out. Most major credit cards are accepted under these two types of payment.
If you are located in United State and prefer using personal checks or money order please contact us at sale@moroccanartandcraft.com, please include the item number you want to purchase with a brief description, your name and e-mail address where you can be reach.
Please be aware that your order will not be processed until we receive the money order or your check is clear. Once we receive your payment, we will contact you to let you know when the order is shipped.
Return Policy
We value our customers and we want you to have a good and enjoyable shopping experience with us. If you need to return an item please e-mail us at returns@moroccanartandcraft.com to let us know before you send the item.
All returns must be sent within a week of receipt, all apparel must be sent within 24h to 48h; we will work with you to exchange the product or refund you for the price of the merchandise (shipping not included). Please know that since most of our products are hand made, they are unique. We may not be able to exchange an item for one perfectly matching the one you’ve already bought.
Our products are free from defects, but if you receive a defected item, please contact us immediately so that we can file a claim.
Please follow these steps to return a merchandize:
1-Contact us via e-mail at returns@moroccanartandcraft.com to get a return authorization number (RA)
2-Pack the product in its original packaging and include the RA number.
3-Ship to the address below:

4-All returns must be postage paid. We will not be responsible for the shipping cost for returns.
5-We request that items be sent via insured mail. We will not be responsible for items lost or damaged. You will be responsible for items damaged during the return shipment.
6-Refunds and exhanges will be authorized after inspection of returned merchandise. No returns or exchanges on worn, altered, or damaged items.
